History & Philosophy
Founded in 1999, the LRC Group was established with a clear vision: to deliver exceptional land planning, land surveying, mapping, site design, and project management services, combining the expertise of nationally recognized firms with the personalized attention of a smaller, client-focused team.
Initially composed of three partners specializing in civil engineering, land planning, and environmental services, LRC has grown to a team of over 30 dedicated professionals. Our office locations include New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and New Hampshire, and our work extends throughout the northeast U.S.
As part of our evolution, we have expanded our service offerings to include advanced land surveying, such as landscape architecture, high-definition 3D laser scanning, master planning, and sustainable site design.
This broad range of expertise enables us to provide a collaborative and comprehensive approach to land development, redevelopment, and preservation projects. We continue to uphold a founding principle—delivering cost-effective, practical, and innovative design and planning solutions that are aligned with the unique needs and objectives of our clients.

Together with a team of highly skilled professionals and recent graduates from some of the region’s most prestigious engineering and surveying programs, we offer a dynamic and innovative design team that is committed to delivering excellence at every phase of project development.

Our team includes licensed Land Surveyors in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine; Professional Engineers in New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Rhode Island; and licensed Landscape Architects in Connecticut and New York.
